1.1. The "Invite Friends" promotion (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the "Promotion") is held with the aim of promoting the Binomo trading platform.
1.2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Participants") must be legally eligible individuals who are either registered users of the Binomo platform located at https://binomo.com/, with Standard status or higher, or potential users of the Binomo platform who fulfill the conditions of Participation in the Promotion in accordance with clause 4 of these Rules. More detailed information about user statuses on the Binomo platform can be found at the link https://binomo.com/information/pricing.
1.3. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Participant must be legally entitled to participate in the Promotion in the Participant's country of residence. The Participant must not participate in the Promotion if it is invalid or illegal under the applicable laws or regulations of the Participant's country of residence.
1.4. By participating in the Promotion, the Participants fully agree to these Rules.
2.1. The Organizer of the Promotion is Dolphin Corp LLC (a company incorporated under the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, registration number 915 LLC 2021, whose office is located at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines).
2.2. The website where information about the Promotion can be found is binomo.com/en/promo/invitefriend-legal (hereinafter referred to in these Rules as the "Organizer's Site").
3.1. The Promotion is to be held from February 28, 2025 to December 31, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion Period").
4.1. To participate in the Promotion, a registered user of the Binomo platform must fulfill the following conditions during the Promotion Period:
— Share their personal referral link in their Personal Account on the Binomo platform in the "Invite friends" section with one or more persons who are not registered users of the Binomo platform.
4.2. To participate in the Promotion, any person who is not a registered user of the Binomo platform must fulfill the following conditions during the Promotion Period:
— register on the Binomo platform using the referral link provided by a registered user of the Binomo platform;
— make at least one deposit in their Real Account on the Binomo platform;
— complete Trading Turnover of at least 200 US dollars or the equivalent amount in another currency.
5.1. Any Participant of the Promotion who is a registered user of the Binomo platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Inviter") receives a prize of $10 (and Participants of the Promotion who are registered users of the Binomo platform with VIP status get $20) in their Real Account on the Binomo platform for each of the first 5 (Five) persons who register on the Binomo platform using the referral link of that Participant and fulfill the conditions provided for in clause 4.2 of these Rules.
5.2. A Participant who has fulfilled the conditions provided for in clause 4.2 of these Rules receives a prize in the amount of $10 in their Real Account on the Binomo platform, provided that they are one of the first 5 (Five) persons to register using the referral link of their Inviter and they fulfilled the specified conditions.
5.3. If an Inviter with VIP status invites a new user who receives VIP status within 30 (thirty) days of registering on the Binomo platform and fulfills the conditions provided for in clause 4.2 of these Rules, then both the Inviter and the invited user receive an additional prize of $100 in their Real Accounts on the Binomo platform.
5.4. The Inviter with VIP status receives an additional prize of $250 in their Real Account on the Binomo platform for every 3 (Three) invited users of the first 5 (Five) persons who received VIP status and fulfilled the conditions stipulated for in clause 4.2 of these Rules.
5.5. The prizes specified in clauses 5.3 and 5.4 of these Rules are awarded to the Inviter in accordance with the Inviter's status at the time the invited user receives VIP status.
5.6. If at the time of fulfilling the conditions specified in clauses 5.3 and 5.4, the Inviter has already invited 3 (Three) or more users with VIP status, additional prizes for those users will not be provided.
5.7. If an Inviter with Standard or Gold status invites a new user and the invited user fulfills the conditions stipulated in clause 4.2 of these Rules and then receives VIP status within 30 (thirty) days of registering on the Binomo platform, the Inviter receives a prize in accordance with their status at the time the invited user fulfills the conditions stipulated in clause 4.2 of these Rules. The additional prize for the invited VIP user is credited to the Inviter at the time the invited user receives VIP status.
5.8. If an Inviter with Standard or Gold status invites 3 (three) of the first 5 (five) persons who receive VIP status within 30 (thirty) days of registering and fulfilling the conditions stipulated in clause 4.2 of these Rules, and then the Inviter receives VIP status, no additional prizes will be given for previously invited VIP users.
5.9. If an Inviter with Standard or Gold status invites 2 (two) users who receive VIP status and fulfill the conditions stipulated in clause 4.2 of these Rules, and then the Inviter receives VIP status and invites one more user who receives VIP status and fulfills the conditions stipulated in clause 4.2 of these Rules, then the Inviter receives an additional prize of $250 for inviting 3 (three) VIP users.
6.1. The prizes awarded under this Promotion may be subject to taxation depending on the local tax laws applicable to the Participant. The Participant is solely responsible for filing tax returns, forms, and reports, and for paying all applicable taxes.
7.1. New Binomo accounts may not be created by registered users, and users may not engage in any fraudulent practices to participate in the Promotion.
7.2. The Organizer will not take into account the results of any Participants who violate clause 7.1 of these Rules.
7.3. By performing the implied actions provided for in clause 4.1 and 4.2 of these Rules, the Participant gives their consent to the processing by the Organizer of their personal data. The Participant can withdraw their consent by sending notification to the email address dataprotection@binomo.com.
7.4. The Promotion Organizer is not responsible for the following:
1) The inability (through no fault of the Organizer) of users of the Binomo platform to familiarize themselves with these rules posted by the Organizer;
2) The non-receipt/untimely receipt by the Organizer of the information necessary to receive prizes due to the fault of the Participants themselves or the fault of communications services, or for other reasons beyond the control of the Organizer;
3) The non-receipt of prizes by winners through not claiming them or refusing to claim them;
4) Any consequences of the Participants' errors when participating in the Promotion, including the Participant losing access to their Account on the Binomo platform.
7.5. The Organizer has the right at any time to amend these Rules by posting corresponding information on the Organizer's Site. Persons interested in participating in the Promotion are obliged to independently monitor for any updates of the Promotion Rules by checking for corresponding changes on the Organizer's Site.
7.6. The terms "Real Account" and "Trading Turnover" are to be interpreted in accordance with the Client Agreement published on binomo.com.
